RDC is thrilled to announce the launch of our inaugural high-performance testing day, in our search for talented individuals, aged between 9 and 18, who could come and join the RDC Elite squads. This will be run on Saturday 29 July at 10:30 am by our very experienced coaches, who between them have over 60 years of coaching, have worked with numerous State and National Champions, won multiple ‘coach of the year’ awards, and one is a FINA qualified judge.

At RDC, we take pride in providing exceptional facilities for both wet and dry land training. In fact, our facilities are widely recognised as the best in the State. Did you know that - Olympians - Anabelle Smith and James Connor and Commonwealth Games gold medalist Charlie Petrov all dived with RDC!
