School Sport Australia presents annually the 10-19 Years Diving Championships.

School Sport Victoria enters one representative team for 10-19 Years at the SSA Diving Championships. The SSA Diving Championships will be held in Brisbane, QLD from Saturday 19th November to Friday 25th November 2022.

These championships offer gifted and talented students the opportunity to participate in higher levels of sporting competition against students from other Australian States and Territories.

Participation in a School Sport Victoria Team Vic state team is self funded.  As a guide, it may cost between $2,000-$2,500 to participate.  Costs may include uniforms, host state levies, flights, transport, accommodation and meals.  Costs will vary depending on the location of the Championship.

Team Vic Selection Trials - Competition Information

• Age Eligibility: 12 years and under as at 31 December in the year of competition.
• SSV Member Schools: Trialling for Team Vic is only possible if your child’s school is a financial member of SSV.
• Trial Date: Sunday 19th June 2022
• Venue: Aquanation, Ringwood
• Competition Fee: $25 Registration
• Registration Deadline: Friday 10th June (midnight 11:59pm)
• Add an Event Late: Divers wishing to add an event to an existing registration after the call DV office entry deadline but before the Dive Sheet Deadline must to process (9686 7534 or 0438844292) Divers will dive by invitation in that event but are still eligible to qualify for the School Sport Australia Championships
• Eligibility: Divers must turn 10 by 31/12/22, attend an SSV member school and meet the competition criteria below
• Dive Sheets: Due via Dive Recorder before 9am Thursday 16th June. Late sheets or changes after the deadline - if accepted - will result in a diver competing by invitation but are still eligible to qualify for Nationals

Program will be available the Tuesday before the event (order of events, side, times). This will be a morning event prior to the DV Pennant meet of the day. Registered students will receive and email from the team manager to confirm the times for the day.
